/ OAK KITCHEN
A small extension and reconfiguration of the doorways in this room allowed a much larger kitchen to be installed in closer proximity to the utility, allowing best use of both spaces. A calm and neutral scheme which would age gracefully was called for, so oak was chosen for the floor and cabinets, and a colour scheme of dirty pink and bright blue employed to link the pantry, kitchen and dining areas in a cohesive palette.
